Can You Smell...

What the Rock is... Wait what? And you thought this blog was about baking, didn't you? It's but this next cake was created for a little boy who loves wrestling -shhh, I too like it especially the Rock but don't tell anyone ;)! Anyway, I kept the design simple with the WWE logo along with our special boy's name. Hope everyone enjoys it!

Bridal Shower Cupcakes {Round 2}

Oh, I really like these kind of cupcakes. A lovely lady named Pam saw my cupcakes at a bridal shower that my neighbor Tammy was hosting and she asked me to make some for her for another shower she was going to host. And of course I was so excited to make them again :).

Both the cupcakes and butter cream icing were almond flavor

I also tried a new butter cream recipe and was super pleased with it. It was very creamy and the almond flavor made it extra delicious :)

And I'll have more of these in September! Thanks for looking!

Shark Cake {Boy Birthday}

As promised here are the pictures of the shark cake I made recently. Samara saw the cake I made for Birthday Blessing Ministry -she's one of the volunteers- and asked me if I would do a shark cake for her son's 9th birthday. He was having a scuba diving birthday party (how fun!!!) and she thought the shark cake would go great with her theme. The cake was a total hit and the boys loved it! I had a lot of fun making this cake especially because it was my first time doing a 3D figure with modeling chocolate.
